ETD for in-stock products is 3-7 working days.
ETD for backorder products is 45-60 working days.
ETD for fans may vary from 7 working days to 5 weeks.
ETD refers to Estimated Time of Dispatch from showroom.
Shipping cost levied does NOT include international shipping.
Actual time/date of products reaching the delivery location depends upon the scope of order and distance from Chennai; the farther the more time it takes.
Shipping outside Chennai will be through trusted and reliable transportation companies namely SM EXPRESS, ST COURIER, PROFESSIONAL COURIER among others.
MS LITES is not responsible for the safety of products if the client decides to transport/carry the goods on their own.
Public holidays, festivals or government holidays will have a direct effect upon delivery period.
